MIND Initiatives

MIND works year-round with local congregations to help them develop and expand LGBT-inclusive ministries. We also sponsor events, speakers, and trainings. We are committed to living the radically inclusive Gospel right here and right now rather than waiting for institutional change, but we simultaneously work within the institutional structures of the UMC in a variety of ways, including our witness at the NYAC annual conference session every June.
